Recipe: No-Bake Noomi Peanut Butter Bites

1c oats (old fashioned rolled)
3/4c peanut butter (8oz Noomi)
1/2c pecans, chopped
1/3c chocolate chips
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
Line plate with parchment/wax paper.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir until combined.
Roll mixture into 1” round balls. (Tip: use a small melon baller with a squeeze handle to make a perfect ball shape, shown above).
Put on plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: approximately 25 bites.
Notes: refrigerate or freeze extra.
