Recipe: No-Bake Noomi Peanut Butter Bites

Simple and sweet, plus a crunch in this treat, makes a healthy snack that can't be beat! If you're looking for a quick, family-friendly recipe, this one's for you.

Ingredients

1c oats (old fashioned rolled)

3/4c peanut butter (8oz Noomi)

1/2c pecans, chopped

1/3c chocolate chips

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp vanilla


Directions

  1. Line plate with parchment/wax paper.

  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Stir until combined.

  4. Roll mixture into 1” round balls. (Tip: use a small melon baller with a squeeze handle to make a perfect ball shape, shown above).

  5. Put on plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Yield: approximately 25 bites.

Notes: refrigerate or freeze extra.
