Recipe: Thai Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce

Looking for a new way to spice up your sides? Look no further than our classic, Asian-inspired dipping sauce. Simple, creamy and packs a little kick to elevate your favorite proteins and veggies! What could be butter?

Grilled Sriracha-Soy Chicken with Thai Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce


2 tbsp light coconut milk

1/3c water

2 tbsp Noomi peanut butter

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

3/4 tsp Sriracha (hot chile sauce)

1 tsp fresh lime juice


  1. Bring coconut milk, water, peanut butter, hoisin, and Sriracha to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook for 1 minute, then turn off heat.

  2. Stir in 1 tsp lime juice.

  3. Serve dipping sauce over grilled chicken satay, lettuce wraps, or with vegetables of choice.

Yield: Serves 4 (about 3 tablespoons of sauce per person).
